Terms & Conditions
1. JJ Your Dream Home Solution, llc agreements / JJ Fix Your Credit, DBA acuerdos:
a. To evaluate customer's credit report as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies and identify inaccurate, erroneous or obsolete information. To advise customer of the necessary steps to be taken as the part of the dispute process.
b. To prepare all necessary correspondence for disputing any inaccurate, erroneous or obsolete information contained in the credit report. To provide a case status, consulting, customer service. These services will be provided during the office business hours. Office hours may vary between Monday through Friday between of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. The service will be provided by phone and email, however, it should be noted that the official means of communication is email.
Evaluar el informe de crédito del cliente tal como aparece en la lista con las agencias de informes de crédito aplicables e identificar información inexacta, errónea u obsoleta. Asesorar al cliente sobre los pasos necesarios que se deben tomar como parte del proceso de disputa.

2. Customer Agrees / El cliente acepta :
a. To provide JJ Your Dream Home Solution, llc / JJ Fix Your Credit, DBA a copy of all mail received from the credit bureaus and creditors which are the subject matter of this subscription challenged by JJ Your Dream Home Solution, llc / JJ Fix Your Credit DBA for verification of accuracy. If you do not receive any correspondence within 60 labor days, you must notify the Corporate Office.

3. Limited Power of attorney / Poder Notarial Limitado
I, the undersigned, am the individual/authorized officer of the business/personal entity listed below and as such do hereby grand a limited power of Attorney to JJ Your Dream Home Solution, llc / JJ Fix Your Credit DBA and any and all persons employed, shall have the necessary power and authority to undertake and perform the following on my behalf. I hereby give permission to JJ Your Dream Home Solution, llc / JJ Fix Your Credit DBA to sign my name on all letters written on my behalf and or as agent for the only purpose of communicating with credit bureaus
and to dispute and verify account information held by consumer credit reporting agencies.

4. Customer Method of Cancellation / Métodos de cancelación para el cliente
You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation, only administration fee charges: within three (3) business days from the date this contract is received by JJ Your Dream Home Solution, llc / JJ Fix Your Credit DBA, To cancel this transaction you must email (customer@jjfixyourcredit.com) or deliver a signed letter requesting to cancel any further actions on your account to: JJ Your Dream Home Solution, llc 2090 Old Hickory Tree Rd Suite 107, St Cloud FL 34769. If you cancel during the allotted timeframe, any payments made by you
under the contract or sale and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within 15 are 30 days following receipt of your cancellation notice. Any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled.

5. Warranty
We are confident that you will be satisfied with our services, our guarantee clearly states that if your credit report has not improved or changed within 36 months from the time you officially complete the process and we receive your credit report, you have right to request evaluation. It is important to take into consideration that if you default, no guarantee applies. This policy applies whenever the results have not been validated by the different methods. The methods that will be used will be telephone calls to the credit bureau, credit monitoring applications, memberships
such as Credit Karma, Credit Sesame, Experian, Transunion and Equifax. It is important to emphasize that the client is responsible for monitoring the arrival of the documentation and the response to such disputes. I have read and understand all of the above listed items. I have reviewed the terms and conditions.
Estamos seguros de que estará satisfecho con nuestros servicios, nuestra garantía establece claramente que si su informe de crédito no ha mejorado o tenido algun cambio dentro de los 36 meses a partir del momento en que oficialmente complete el proceso y recibimos su informe de crédito, tiene derecho a solicitar evaluacion. Es importante tomar en consideracion que si usted incumplio no aplica ninguna garantia. Esta política se aplica siempre que los resultados no hayan sido validados por los diferentes métodos. Los métodos que se utilizarán serán llamadas telefónicas al buró de crédito, aplicaciones de monitoreo d crédito, membresías como Credit Karma, Credit Sesame, Experian, Transunion y Equifax .Es importante enfatizar que el cliente es responsable de monitorear la llegada de la documentación y la respuesta de dichas disputas.
